By accessing or using QR Code Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Permitted Use & Commercial Rights

All QR codes generated through this tool are provided free of charge under an open license. You are granted full permission to use, distribute, print, publish, and commercially exploit generated codes on business cards, advertisements, product packaging, and websites without paying royalty fees.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use QR Code Studio to generate payloads intended for phishing, malware distribution, fraudulent payment requests, deceptive impersonation, or illegal activities.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Scanning Notice

The service and generated files are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scanning reliability depends on camera quality, contrast, ambient light, physical print resolution, and third-party scanning software. The operators of QR Code Studio make no guarantees that every device or scanner will successfully parse customized or stylized QR codes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall QR Code Studio or its contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from print expenses, lost profits, or scanning errors related to codes generated on the platform.
